Online registration has been closed.
After November 30 (AoE), On-site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the period of PRDC2010. We would appreciate your cooperation to register as early as possible.
Registration Fee
Both your registration and the payment must be confirmed at the Registration Office prior to deadline.

Extra Pages Fee
The regular paper exceeding 8 pages requires JPY 20,000 per page. The maximum allowed number of pages is 2.

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Confirmation
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the symposium site to receive the symposium materials. If you need an invoice for the payment, please inquire to the Registration Office: prdc2010-reg _AT_ ics-inc.co.jp.
Cancellation
Cancellation made by presenters will NOT be accepted.
If you cancel your participation in the symposium, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail or fax immediately. The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation. All refunds will be made after the symposium. (We will make a deduction of bank transfer fee from the amount to be paid back.)
When written notice of cancellation received:
- Until October 30, 2010 (AoE): 50% of the registration fee plus bank handling charge
- From October 31, 2010 (AoE): 100% of the registration fee (No refund)
